of 2011 pass-out students and have great pleasure in accepting the
same.
As discussed, we (Tech Mahindra & Mahindra Satyam) confirm that we
would jointly visit your campus on 13th & 14th January 2011 for the
joint recruitment drive.
In this connection please find below the eligibility criteria and
relevant information.

· Min 60% aggregate in each of the courses completed prior to
joining BE/ B.Tech/ MCA right from 10th Standard.
· Graduation/Post-graduation – marks till current semester:
Aggregate 60% (one backlog permitted)
· Gap - Max 1 year gap permissible in the entire academic
career and that too only between any two courses.
· No loss of year due to failure to pass any exam.
· Branches – Computer Science, Information Science,
Information Technology, MCA, Electronics & Communication, Electronics
& Telecommunication,
Electronics & Electrical,
Electronics & Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Instrumentation,
Mechanical, Chemical, Production.
Modus of Selection: -
· LAN based Aptitude test followed by Technical and HR
evaluation and announcement of results with each stage acting as a
filter.
· On selection, candidates would get assigned to either of
the companies as per the business need.
Arrangement Required for Test
· Disable Internet and Proxy Server (This can be located in
Internet explorer – tools – internet options – connections – LAN
settings – Use a proxy server). Now this ‘tick’ should be
removed/deactivated.
· All computers/machines to be on single LAN
· All computers should have Window XP OS or above version
· IE version 6 or above.
· One Static IP for our Machine/laptop acting as server.
· Adequate power back up and dedicated Lab Attendant/Network incharge.
Pre Placement Document
· Copy each of 10th & 12th mark sheets duly attested by
college authority along-with their originals for verification.
· Copy each of all semester (Graduation & Post-graduation)
mark sheets till date duly attested.
· One attested copy of College ID card.
· One Passport sized color photograph.
Bond/Service Agreement - 2 years.
Training on Joining - On joining candidates will undergo
training for a period of 3 months approximately. Failure to complete
this training successfully will
result in
termination of employment.
Place of Posting - Post successful completion of
training, candidates are liable to posted in any of the operational
locations of the companies.

The format has a few fields about which we dont have information( number of reattempts, number of gaps in the course of education, and reason for this). So i would like you to send me this information through message. We are required to send these details latest by 4th dec. So plz be quick.
